  • Orders placed outside Punjab will not be processed. We will notify and refund such orders if any.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Free delivery is available on all orders above ₹500.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas of Punjab.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We usually deliver orders within 2–7 working days within Punjab.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or wrong items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers are time-limited and at the sole discretion of Safalora Kart.
