Return & Refund Policy – Safalora Kart

At Safalora Kart, we value your trust and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fair and hassle-free resolution for genuine concerns.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Please note: We currently accept returns only within Punjab.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (if available) or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will process the refund via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the returned item fails to meet our return conditions.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Minor color or pattern differences due to screen/display settings

  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Returns sent without prior approval or without original packaging

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Any cancelled prepaid order will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
